Return Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund. Please email us on sales@usaotc.com for your return request with your order number and contact email address.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product must be unopened
Product must be in original packaging
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Shipping items

Returns can be mailed to: Vida Pharmacy, 7250 W 24th Ave STE 19, Hialeah, Fl 33016. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

We require the following information to process your return:

Full name, address, phone number & Email
Packing slip & original order confirmation number
Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to usaotc.com using a traceable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by usaotc.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return or exchange once we receive your package.

If your package is returned to usaotc.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, please contact us with the correct address information. Make sure to include apartment number if needed.
